Affordable OnePlus Pad Lite Launches, Check Specs and Price

OnePlus has introduced a new budget Android tablet aimed at everyday use and younger audiences. Named the OnePlus Pad Lite, the device will hit retail shelves starting August 1, with a focus on delivering core functions at a competitive price point.

The OnePlus Pad Lite starts at Rs 12,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. A 4G-enabled option with 8GB RAM and the same storage capacity is priced at Rs 14,999. Both versions skip support for 5G to maintain affordability.

Sales begin at noon on August 1. Customers can purchase the tablet in Aero Blue via OnePlus.in, the official OnePlus Store app, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics, and several offline electronic retailers.

Equipped with an 11-inch LCD screen in a 16:10 format, the Pad Lite reaches a peak brightness of 500 nits. The display is supported by a quad-speaker setup that adjusts audio output based on how the device is held, using OnePlus’s proprietary Omnibearing Sound Field system. The speakers are Hi-Res Audio certified.

Inside, the tablet runs on the MediaTek Helio G100 chip and comes with OxygenOS version 15.0.1. It integrates with other OnePlus devices, enabling functions such as seamless screen sharing, cross-device clipboard syncing, and unified photo access. File sharing is supported through both Android’s Quick Share and O+ Connect for iOS.

A 9,340mAh battery powers the device, offering up to 80 hours of audio or around 11 hours of video playback. The standby duration stretches up to 54 days. Charging is managed through 33W SUPERVOOC technology for faster refueling.

Despite the large screen size, the tablet is 7.39mm thick and weighs 530 grams. The sandblasted Aero Blue finish draws inspiration from nature and gives it a minimalist look.
